About me

I was born in Poland and grew up in a village not far from a river. From a young age, I’ve always had a deep love for wildlife and horses. After graduating as a veterinary technician, I briefly moved to Italy before deciding to settle in the UK, where many of my friends were already living.

In 2009, I picked up a camera for the first time—and that’s when my photography journey truly began. I quickly fell in love with macro photography, especially butterflies. It felt as though butterflies found me, not the other way around. Through this passion, I met my soulmate and partner, and photography became something we could share and grow together.

Over the years, I’ve developed my own creative style, especially in butterfly photography. More recently, I’ve started exploring bird photography—a new chapter and an exciting challenge that continues to inspire me.

When I’m not behind the lens, I love reading crime novels and escaping into stories. The picture I’ve chosen to share here is from one of my favourite places in the world—Hermaness in Shetland. It’s wild, dramatic, and full of life—just like the moments I try to capture with my camera.
